Governor of Hong Hong is requested Colonia! Cffice to arrange high priority Air Transport for sixty five (65) police officers urgently required in Hong Kong. London priorities Board has authorised air passa a on UCS Service to Sin apore at rate of six por service commencing within next four days and continuin until coploto.

Roquest you arrange in consultation with Governor of Kong Hong for on.ard passage by air from Singapore to Hong Kong. If capacity for total number involved cannot bo provided on schedulc services an informed by Colonial Office that Governor will carter aircraft to convey police officers from Singapore to Hong Kon. Alternatively you may be able to provided special aircraft.

Date of comencement of first Doparture ox U.K. in UCS Sorvice will be notified. Request oarliest con ir ation of arrangevents for onward transport to Hong Kong.
